At No Favours, all items are made to order. Due to the nature of our limited releases and pre-order system, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item is defective or incorrect.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

We do not accept returns for:

• Incorrect sizing choices
• Change of mind
• Delays outside our control

Please ensure you review sizing and product details carefully before purchasing.

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
